Description & Prerequisites

This module will enable qualifying students to possess an informed knowledge of theories, concepts and principles, from different dimensions (sociological, historical) of early mathematics for young children. Furthermore, qualifying students will gain specialised disciplinary and pedagogical knowledge to structure the content area, prepare the learning environment and provide support for early mathematics in the early years.
